Provide a de-activation option/increase number of installs

I use a number of Franzis products and I am very pleased with the results that can be obtained, however, the number of installations is strictly limited to 2. While this is the norm for Adobe why should it be the norm for all photographic editors? DXO now allow 3 computers with their Elite version and Adobe allow installed copies to activated/de-activated. If the number of installs cannot be increased then having an activation/de-activation option would be very useful (to me at least and potentially to other serious users).
